Access to copy and scan documents
Office space includes lockable offices, cubicles, and desk areas that can be rented separately or in combination with lab benches. All shared amenities are at no extra cost.

All-inclusive rates vary based on your chosen space type and size, with costs per lab bench, office, or desk. Dedicated tissue culture and fume hood space is available for additional rent. Scale up or down as needed to pay only for what you use.
Lease
Terms
We offer flexible terms customized to you and your company, from six-month short-term leases with extension options to multi-year agreements. No need to commit to oversized space or lengthy terms.
Commercial
Insurance
Liability insurance is required for all tenants; additional coverage is at your company’s discretion. We provide a list of biotech-experienced insurance brokers to new tenants.
