Speakers:

Sharlyn Turner, Audit Partner. Sharlyn is the Life Sciences industry group leader for Peterson Sullivan LLP. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of financial reporting and related advisory services. Her experience spans drug research and development, commercial operations, production, and distribution.

Bob Bowman, Audit Senior Manager. Bob has extensive experience working with start-up companies and advising on many complexities that arise in accounting for revenue recognition, intangible assets, stock based compensation, and creative debt/equity financing transactions.

Rachel Le Mieux, State and Local Tax Partner. Rachel has been providing services related to state and local tax since 1985 and spent 10 years at the WA State Department of Revenue as a legislation and policy specialist. She consults on issues involving sales and use taxes, gross receipts taxes, income taxes, and other miscellaneous taxes advising on tax minimization strategies.

Roger Wilkins, Tax Senior Manager. Roger has over 30 years experience in federal income taxation of entities and individuals. He specializes in tax accounting methods, mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, choice of entity, federal research and development credits, tax provisions for financial reporting, and tax planning strategies.
